Naturally creamy-white unrefined Algarve Portuguese sea salt is the type preferred by many followers of macrobiotic teachers such as Georges and Lima Ohsawa. Flos Salis: The finest and most delicate small flaky fine moist crunchy snowflake-like crystals of off-white unrefined Flos Salis fleur de sel Sea Salt are traditionally harvested by skimming the surface of the sea water of the salt marshes. Mild taste, very light texture.

Flor de Sal:  A very special artisan sea salt. Delicate and exquisite fine moist granules of pure white Flor de Sal fleur de sel sea salt are traditionally harvested by manual methods (mostly by women) by skimming the surface of the sea water of the ancient salt marshes. Sharper taste.
