Paludier unrefined coarse moist grey sea salt is charged with natural
clay from the salt marshes and naturally high in magnesium and other
minerals.

coarse grey sea salt from Guérande is hand-collected
according to an age-old ancestral celtic method. Simply collected using
only wooden hand tools, and carefully sun-dried, it is a gray colour from fine grey clay particles, and has
the smell and flavour of Dunalliella-Salina seaweed.
